Article 46.
1. Any person performing activity in the scope of detective services without obligatory registration, is ameable to a fine, restriction of freedom or deprivation of freedom up to two years.

2. Person performing activities of a detective in the framework of business activities without obligatory licence is ameable to the same penalties.
